The Invitation Form

After we receive your intake form, we’ll provide you with an initial quote to review. If you are ready to move forward, we will send you a secure payment link for the deposit which reserves a spot in our calendar and establishes your unique timeline.

Once a deposit is received, we will develop and share a timeline for the Invitations based off the desired drop-date provided by the client. It is the clients responsibility to closely follow these timelines to avoid any rush/ late fees.

We will begin with an in-depth look at your design aesthetic and your vision for the overall feel of your event. We kick off by discussing your vision and hopes for your invitations. We’ll discuss colors, themes and any big ideas you have in mind. 

Once we understand your style and aesthetic, we will move on to the design concept phase. Don't fret over wording or design elements. Together, with you and/or your event planner, I'll create a tailor-made look through design drafts that include inspirational moodboard, sketches, a color palette, and design direction. Ultimately, I want to capture the feeling of your event with material concepts that create texture and depth. You'll also receive a realistic mock-up and printing method suggestions that bring the designs to life once completed.

After receiving feedback on the design concepts, we'll refine the design with up to three rounds of revisions with opportunities to make specific changes to the design to perfect text and overall style. We'll work together to create a suite that reflects your aesthetic and your unique vision.

Once the design has been approved, the files will be setup to print tailored to your requested file setup and finals will be sent to your inbox.
